Sixty-Five Women Who Are Reshaping How the World Works: Introducing the Women of the Revolution 2026 Honorees

It sits at the center of the climate crisis, the innovation economy, the future of education, and the question of whether sustainability becomes a business discipline or remains a marketing promise. The women in this year’s class understand that. Not as a talking point, but as a lived operating reality. They are not simply supply chain leaders. They are climate strategists, institutional innovators, educators, founders, and policymakers who have chosen supply chain as the lever through which they move everything else.

Today, Supply Chain Queen® is proud to announce the Women of the Revolution 2026 honorees. Sixty-five extraordinary women. Three distinct tiers. One movement that is long overdue.

Why This Program Exists

Women of the Revolution was not created to celebrate participation. It was created because the industry needed a record.

At the intersection of supply chain, sustainability, education, and innovation, women have been doing transformational work for decades. They have built the frameworks that govern how companies measure environmental impact. They have redesigned sourcing models to center equity and resilience. They have created academic institutions, investment vehicles, global networks, and movements that did not exist before they decided to build them. And for too long, that work has gone unnamed in the places where it matters most.

This program names it. It places these women in the historical record of an industry undergoing one of the most consequential transformations of our time. The shift from linear to circular. From extractive to regenerative. From efficiency-obsessed to resilience-designed. From a discipline that served shareholders to one that must serve the planet.

The 2026 class reflects all of it. These honorees span Fortune 500 corporations, government ministries, universities, venture capital, grassroots movements, and multilateral institutions. What unites them is not their title or sector. It is their refusal to accept that the system is fixed.

The Three-Tier Framework

Women of the Revolution recognizes three distinct expressions of leadership, because transformation does not arrive in a single form.

Catalyst. She accelerates what the world needs most. She turns bold ideas into irreversible momentum. She does not wait for the system to be ready. She makes it ready.

Together, these three tiers reflect the full architecture of change. Some women illuminate the path. Some accelerate progress along it. Some build the path itself. All three are essential to the transformation this industry needs.

Meet the 2026 Honorees

The 2026 class includes 25 Luminaries, 25 Catalysts, and 15 Trailblazers, spanning sustainability leadership, supply chain strategy, academic innovation, entrepreneurship, and public policy across six continents.
