The Format

What is a Revolution Roundtable?

A Revolution Roundtable is a live, recorded conversation that Sheri Hinish brings to a moment when people are already convening. Roundtables exist to build community and to organize leaders around a topic, so each one builds on an existing conference, summit, convening week, or partner event rather than asking an audience to travel somewhere new.

A Roundtable can take the shape of an executive gathering, an industry panel, or an intimate working session. Revolution Roundtables are a Supply Chain Queen® and Supply Chain Revolution® community program.

Roundtables happen in two ways. Sheri hosts quarterly community partner Roundtables with Revolution Hub partners and Women of the Revolution honorees, and she brings customized pop-up Roundtables to host events around the world.

  • Pop-up at your event

Sheri Hinish brings the Roundtable to the conference, summit, convening week, or partner event where your audience has already gathered.

  • Customized to your audience

The topic and the shape of the session are designed with the host for the people in the room.

  • Built for community

Each Roundtable organizes people around a shared topic and connects them with the wider Supply Chain Queen community.

  • A multi-channel podcast

Every Roundtable is published as a full episode of The Supply Chain Revolution® podcast and shared as clips across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Who Hosts a Roundtable

Built for the organizations that bring people together.

Revolution Roundtables are designed for hosts who already convene an audience and want a live conversation that keeps working after the event ends.

  • Event organizers and conference hosts

Organizers add a customized live Roundtable to the agenda, and the session lives on as a podcast episode after attendees head home.

  • Community and media partners

Partners bring their networks to the table and reach the broader Supply Chain Queen and Supply Chain Revolution® community through every published episode.

  • Brands convening a week of activity

Brands that convene programming across a week such as Climate Week NYC can anchor that week with a Roundtable built around their topic.

How It Works

How a pop-up live podcast roundtable works at your event.

Every Revolution Roundtable follows four steps, from the first conversation with the host to the community that keeps the discussion going.

  1. Co-design the topic

Sheri Hinish and the host choose a topic and a format for the audience. Renee Vargas, Chief of Staff, schedules the kickoff call after you reach out through the contact page.

  2. Host the pop-up live session

Sheri brings the Roundtable to your conference, summit, convening week, or partner event and hosts the conversation live in front of your audience.

  3. Publish across channels

The session is published as a full episode of The Supply Chain Revolution® podcast on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify, and short clips run across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

  4. Follow through with the community

The Roundtable is shared with the Supply Chain Queen and Supply Chain Revolution® community, which keeps the conversation and the connections going after the event.

What Hosts Receive

What event hosts receive from a Revolution Roundtable.

  • A full podcast episode

The conversation is published as a full episode of The Supply Chain Revolution® podcast on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

  • Short-form clips

Short clips from the Roundtable are shared across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook so the strongest ideas travel beyond the room.

  • Full platform reach

Each Roundtable receives the full reach of the Supply Chain Queen and Supply Chain Revolution® platform, including the podcast audience, social channels, the community, and readers of the SCR Trend Brief.

"Stop Telling Me We're Doing This for Environmental Reasons"

Sheri Hinish hosted three guests live during Climate Week NYC to separate signal from noise: what dominated the rooms, what happened in the hallways, what felt performative, and what executive teams should do differently on Monday morning. The session was published on YouTube and The Supply Chain Revolution® podcast as a full episode.
