Meet The

Supply Chain Queen

From Humble Beginnings...

Sheri’s journey is rooted in resilience and first-generation ambition. Raised in modest circumstances, she became the first in her family to graduate college and went on to earn advanced degrees from Harvard, Rutgers, and Maryland.

Often the only woman in the boardroom, she transformed those experiences into purpose — helping organizations embed sustainability, AI, and supply chain innovation into enterprise strategy. Her approach bridges technical expertise with lived experience, showing that leadership grounded in both values and vision creates lasting impact.

Today, Sheri advises boards and executive teams on aligning fiduciary duty with the Sustainable Development Goals, integrating responsible AI governance, and building resilience in the face of climate risk and disruption. Recognized among the Top 100 Women in Sustainability and Supply Chain and the Top 250 Leaders in Sustainability worldwide, she continues to champion the next chapter of business leadership.

Leading With Purpose

“I didn’t set out to become the ‘Supply Chain Queen.’ My journey started as a first-generation college graduate, navigating spaces where opportunity wasn’t given — it had to be built. That experience shaped how I see leadership: not as a title, but as a responsibility to create pathways for others and transform systems that often feel too big to change.

Along the way, Sheri came to believe that supply chains are more than the backbone of commerce. They are the frontlines of climate action, equity, and innovation. That purpose has guided her work — from leading sustainability services at IBM, to building global ecosystems at EY, to now advising boards and governments on AI, ESG governance, and the future of sustainable business.

A wife, and loving mother to three beautiful children and dog Ziggy, Sheri is focused on creating a future that we can all be proud of and in which our children can thrive in.

From Purpose to Platform

What began as Sheri’s personal mission has grown into a global platform.

Sheri is the founder of Supply Chain Revolution Global, her platform for executive advisory, board engagement, and ecosystem innovation. [Learn more →] Through this platform she partners with boards, executives, and institutions to embed future-fit strategy, sustainability innovation, responsible AI, and resilient supply chains into enterprise transformation.

Previously, she served as a senior executive and principal at EY, leading Global Sustainability Services, Sustainability Client Technology investments and Tech Alliances, and ESG–Climate Ventures. Before that, Sheri was IBM’s Global Lead for Sustainability Services and Strategy, where she earned #1 rankings in Strategy and Vision as well as Innovation in HFS’ 2022–2023 Sustainability Services report. She also served as an advisor to IBM Ventures and IBM Software.

Across these leadership roles and now through Supply Chain Revolution Global, Sheri has built a reputation for translating bold sustainability commitments into measurable business outcomes. Her expertise spans net zero and circular supply chains, responsible sourcing, ESG integration, decarbonization and clean energy transition, and the use of emerging AI and sustainability technologies in enterprise transformation.

Trusted Leader

Global Voice and
Influencer

“Real leadership is not about holding power. It’s about holding space—for bold ideas, for those left out, and for the future we dare to imagine together.”

Sheri is a prominent B2B influencer and is widely regarded as a leading authority shaping the discourse on sustainability, innovation, supply chain, and systems transformation.

Her influence spans boardrooms, multilateral institutions, academic forums, and global public platforms where the future of business, technology, and value chain stewardship is being debated and defined.

At the core of her work is a simple conviction: that sustainability is not a department, but a lens through which the future of enterprise—and society—must be imagined and built.
