Taking an investor-backed AI platform from founder alignment to a North American launch
The challenge
osapiens, an enterprise AI platform for compliance, supplier intelligence, carbon management, and product traceability, is backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Decarbonization Partners, the BlackRock and Temasek partnership. The company had built a leading European position, yet its story still described a portfolio of individual solutions. The founders needed one platform narrative and a credible entry into North America, where different regulations, buyer roles, and competitors demanded a deliberate adaptation.
What we delivered
- Ten executive interviews, a competitive analysis, and a C-suite workshop confirmed five strategic platform decisions.
- The team shaped the messaging architecture and adapted it for US buyers with anchors such as UFLPA and California SB 253.
- A North American entry plan covered regulatory tracks, buyer personas, product adaptation, and a ten-firm analyst strategy.
- Supply Chain Queen organized the entire New York Climate Week launch and North American market entry across thirteen C-suite events. These included an investor forum hosted at BlackRock and opened by BlackRock Vice Chairman Gary Shedlin, where Sheri moderated the closing panel, a Nasdaq event, keynotes at The Nest Climate Campus and Sustainability LIVE, and partner events with ERM, Accenture, and Goals House.
Outcomeosapiens moved from founder alignment to a public North American launch in 16 weeks, with its C-suite carrying one platform story across 13 events.
