Developing the Next Generation of Supply Chain Leadership.

The Supply Chain Queen Fellowship is a hands-on development program that places emerging professionals at the center of a global media, advisory, and community platform. Fellows work directly with Sheri Hinish across real projects while gaining frontline exposure to the trends, topics, and technologies shaping the future of supply chain, sustainability, and innovation.

Real work. Real exposure. Real transformation.

The Supply Chain Queen Fellowship is not an internship. It is a structured development experience where fellows contribute to active workstreams across the platform while gaining direct exposure to the ideas, leaders, and conversations shaping the future of global supply chains.

Fellows sit at the table with podcast guests, advisory clients, and industry leaders. They learn how a professional brand, community, and global enterprise are built from the inside: the strategy, design, technology, and storytelling that power it all. They gain real-time fluency in the trends driving supply chain transformation, sustainability, AI, and innovation.

Each fellow is assigned a specific track based on their strengths and interests. Weekly syncs with Sheri ensure alignment, accountability, and mentorship. The program runs on a rolling quarterly application cycle, and fellows are expected to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Sheri Hinish
I built this fellowship because the supply chain leaders I needed twenty years ago did not exist for me. Every fellow who walks through this program leaves with the access, the exposure, and the confidence to build something the industry has never seen.
