    Using my passion for sustainable supply chain and industrial ecology, I am very excited to build a platform that aligns and optimizes technological, natural, industrial, and human systems. By leveraging hands-on business experience, industry knowledge, supply chain expertise, and a unique point of view, I collaborate with C-level executives and their teams to align their business and supply chain strategy with value delivery, process transformation, and a solution roadmap.     • Parallel Link Robot that automates the movement of hand with 6 degrees of freedom using AI, offering the highest degree of speed and quality in micro-manufacturing

    Driving a culture of supply chain excellence and operational performance, my key responsibilities include championing change, designing, influencing, and managing strategic improvements across all facets of the Global Grace Supply Chain. Transformation projects encompass order fulfillment, sourcing & procurement, integrated business planning, logistics, insights & analytics, talent management, external engagement, culture and communications, and E2E integrated mega-process optimization.

     

    • High performer and “Premier Award” recipient in 2018,  for leading Integrated Management Organization to close $416M acquisition with Day 1 SAP integration of Polyolefin Catalysts business in 90 days.
    • Spearheaded transformation projects encompassing order fulfillment, sourcing & procurement, integrated business planning, logistics, insights & analytics, talent management, external engagement, culture and communications, and E2E integrated mega-process optimization.
    • Expertise in management of change, seamlessly interfacing with all enterprise functional groups, boardroom and throughout hierarchy to ensure cohesive and aligned strategy.
    • Project-managed $1.2B global sourcing & procurement transformation blueprint and roadmap to boost efficiency, reduce costs/risks, and create value across source-to-settle and procure-to-pay processes.

  • Breakthru Beverage Group, Leader in Supply Chain Collaboration, Transformation, and Execution

    Reporting to the CSCO, I am responsible for influencing and leading strategic initiatives for BBG Supply Chain and leveraging best practices across S&OP markets.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in department leadership, technical process design, and training for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), MRP, KPI innovation, logistics efficiency, demand planning, and SKU optimization.
    • Successfully reduced DSI and obsolescence while optimizing fill rate and profitability by delivering Lean Kaizen methods.
    • Leveraged best practices across Sales & Operations Planning comprising eight domestic markets, $1B in inventory, and 60,000 SKUs.
    • Helmed cross-functional strategy for S&OP markets to improve forecast accuracy, maintain optimal fill rates per customer segmentation, optimize capacity, and slash inventory obsolescence.
    • Provided crucial inventory risk and financial recommendations related to NPIs, seasonal VAP, and product life cycle management of luxury-brand SKUs and craft spirits.
    • Served as Supply Chain team’s leader in systems, processes, and data by providing critical business decision support through process optimization and thorough operating unit capability assessments.
    • Collaboratively increased speed to market via automated B2B data exchanges, rich EDI collaboration, and direct supplier interaction.
