Meet the Supply Chain Queen
I didn't set out to become the Supply Chain Queen.
My journey started as a first-generation college graduate, navigating spaces where opportunity was not given. That experience shaped how I see leadership: not as a title, but as a responsibility to create pathways for others and transform systems that often feel too big to change.
Along the way, I came to believe that supply chains are more than the backbone of commerce. They are the frontlines of climate action, equity, and innovation. That purpose has guided every chapter of my career, and it drives everything I build today.
From Humble Beginnings
The journey from modest roots to global stages.
Sheri was raised in modest circumstances and became the first in her family to graduate college, earning her degree from the University of Maryland summa cum laude. She went on to earn a Master of Arts from Harvard and a Master of Science from Rutgers with highest distinction, building an academic foundation that bridged sustainability strategy with supply chain operations.
Often the only woman in the boardroom, she transformed those experiences into purpose. She did not wait for the industry to make space for her. She built her own stage, created her own voice, and opened doors for others along the way. That combination of resilience, first-generation ambition, and a refusal to accept the status quo is what became the Supply Chain Queen.
Today, Sheri advises Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, consulting firms, media platforms, and boards at the intersection of sustainability, AI, and supply chain transformation. She has been an executive delegate to COP26, COP27, and COP28, a contributor to the World Economic Forum and WBCSD, and a voice heard across stages from Reuters SC USA to the Navy Pier to Centro Banamex.
Sustainability is not defined by what happens inside one company. It is defined by the choices we make together for people, communities, and the planet.

From Purpose to Platform
What began as a personal mission has grown into a global platform.
Sheri is the founder of Supply Chain Revolution Global, a firm that operates across advisory, media, education, and community. Through this platform, she partners with boards, executives, startups, and institutions to embed sustainability, AI, and resilient supply chain strategy into enterprise transformation.
She previously served as a senior executive at EY (Global Sustainable Supply Chain Lead and Global Consulting Sustainability, Technology and Ecosystems Leader) and IBM (Senior Partner and VP, Global Leader for Sustainability Services), where she earned the #1 global ranking in Strategy and Vision from HFS Research. She carried that same depth of expertise into building a platform designed to do more than advise. It is designed to convene, recognize, and develop the leaders the industry needs.
At its core, Sheri believes supply chains are the most powerful lever for systemic change. Her ability to connect the dots across ESG governance, AI, innovation, and transformation is what makes her a trusted partner to leaders who are ready to act with courage.

Beyond the Work
A wife, a mother of three, and the person behind the platform.
Behind the global stages, the advisory engagements, and the podcast episodes is a woman who built everything you see on this site while raising three beautiful children with her husband Ray and keeping up with Ziggy (her dog).
Sheri's commitment to creating pathways for others is not abstract. It is deeply personal. It is the reason she launched Women of the Revolution, the reason she mentors through the fellowship, and the reason she believes supply chains are ultimately about people, not products. She is focused on creating a future that her children can thrive in, and she brings that same energy to every boardroom, every stage, and every conversation.
